We are invested in the health and wellness of our Clients. For the enjoyment of all Clients at 900 Seventh Street, we provide a well-appointed fitness center. The facility includes a variety of cardio machines, exercise equipment, and free weights. For your comfort, HVAC is operational in the fitness center from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Men's and women's shower and locker rooms are also provided for your convenience and include personal amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and mouthwash.

Prior to facility use, we ask Clients to execute a corporate waiver which must be signed by the Client company as well as individual waivers signed by each of the employees who intend to use the fitness center. Click here to download these forms or contact your Property Manager. Once waivers are signed, and returned to the Property Manager, your Kastle card/fob will be authorized for access to the facility.
