The rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view of iconic monuments and the DC skyline for Clients at 900 Seventh Street. It is an excellent place to visit during lunchtime break or to host private Client functions. The rooftop terrace can be accessed by using the passenger freight elevator. To reserve the rooftop terrace for office functions, please contact your Property Manager for details.

You may wish to consider one of our on-site restaurants to cater your rooftop function. Please note that IBEW requires that outside caterers providing service in the building be union affiliated.

We request that a Rooftop Terrace Access Agreement be submitted and approved in advance of your scheduled function. Please also note that if you are going to access the rooftop after 6:00 PM, you will need to utilize your fob to gain access and advise the security guard that you will be on the rooftop after hours.
