Moves in or out of the building need to be scheduled for after 6:00 PM, on weekdays, or on Saturday or Sunday. Please contact your Property Manager at least seventy two hours in advance to coordinate your move. Your mover will be required to produce a Certificate of Insurance with IBEW Headquarters Building, LLC 900 Seventh Street, LLC and The John Akridge Management Company should be named as additional insureds. Additionally, the mover or delivery company will be required to provide union verification prior to your move.

Please remind your movers that they must provide masonite protection for floors and carpets. We may require that a building Engineer be in attendance for large moves, at Client expense.
